Sending health
The Dashboard is the landing page after you sign in. It summarises the health of your sending so you can spot trouble before mailbox providers do.
It shows:
- Volume — how many emails you've sent over a recent window.
- Deliverability — the share of messages that reached the inbox.
- Bounce rate — the share that came back undeliverable.
- Complaint rate — the share recipients marked as spam.
Bounce and complaint rates are shown against risk thresholds. Mailbox providers (and AWS SES) watch these closely: a bounce or complaint rate that climbs too high gets a sender throttled or blocked. The dashboard flags rates entering a risky range so you can act — pause a bad campaign, clean your list, check where addresses are coming from — while it's still recoverable.
Bounces are also broken down by type, separating permanent failures (addresses that don't exist) from transient ones (a full mailbox, a temporary server problem). Permanent bounces are the ones that hurt your reputation, and their recipients are added to your suppression list automatically.
Keeping the numbers healthy
- Only send to addresses that genuinely opted in.
- Never remove a suppression without a real reason — re-mailing a known-bad address re-bounces it.
- Make unsubscribing easy, so recipients leave instead of reporting spam.
Settings
Settings holds account-level information and preferences.
Usage and quotas
The usage view shows how much you've sent against your account's limits — including the daily sending cap that applies to newer accounts.
New accounts start with a modest daily volume limit that rises automatically as the account builds a clean sending history. Established accounts in good standing aren't capped. Exceeding the cap returns a 429 daily_limit_exceeded from the API — see Daily sending limits.

Update your profile details and password from the account settings. Some settings panels are placeholders for features not yet released; they have no effect until those features ship.
